Supply Planer (w/m/d)

Your mission and responsibilities:

As a member of our category management team, you’ll take full ownership of clean ordering processes, accurate data, and clear communication - internally and with suppliers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Trigger purchase orders, stock transfers, and special buys.
  • Optimize inventory levels and warehouse coverage.
  • Maintain core planning data such as lead times and reorder points.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics, and all Purchasing teams to ensure a seamless supply flow.

Your superpowers:

  • Experience in procurement, supply planning, or a related supply chain function.
  • Confidence working in ERP systems and structured planning environments.
  • A strong sense of ownership combined with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive attitude: you know when to follow up and when to escalate.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (level C1).
  • Bonus: Experience in international environments or with licensed products.
