Category Manager (w/m/d) - Trading Card Games & Gaming Accessories

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • Create assortment strategies that are based on categories, markets, audiences, or brands.
  • Evaluate and manage products using KPIs, benchmarks, and performance insights.
  • Drive pricing and margin strategies in collaboration with our sales & purchasing team.
  • Scout innovations and new product opportunities online and at events.
  • Translate data into action: guiding strategic decisions across the assortment.
  • Be the connector: ensuring alignment from idea to launch across all relevant teams.

Your superpowers:

  • Product, category, or portfolio management experience (preferably in consumer goods, retail, or licensing).
  • Strong market instincts and a sharp eye for commercial opportunity.
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on mentality.
  • Passion for building structure, creating clarity, and owning outcomes.
  • Collaborative spirit and process-savvy communication style.
